How do I undo a change?

Each exported batch includes a matching Reverse file recording supported inverse operations. Find it with the original export in Activity, inspect it, and upload it through Amazon Bulk operations if reversing those changes is still appropriate.

A reverse file is not a full account backup. It cannot refund spend, recover missed orders or undo unrelated changes. New entities may be paused by an inverse operation rather than erased. Check for changes made since the original export so an old value does not overwrite a newer decision.

Inspect Amazon's processing result for partial failures and confirm the resulting account state. Downloading either file is not proof that Amazon applied it.
