The fingerprint of every input a run used, so the run can be reproduced exactly.
Records which report files, which settings version, and which live-state snapshot produced a set of proposals.
This is what makes the engine deterministic in practice, not just in principle: the same inputs and the same rules produce the same proposals, on any machine, at any later date.
